As I was lounging on our balcony in shorts and a T-shirt, and basking in the warm sunshine yesterday afternoon, I overheard a comment from the next balcony over. The woman outside was calling in to her companion inside the cabin, “you’d better bundle up if you’re going to come out here.” Guess they’re not from Seattle, are they?

Half our neighborhood would be sitting outside in sweats and hoodies! You underestimate the impact of having “thin blood”–a byproduct of living in the southwest. Just remember to be respectful to those “old farts” and don’t run over them in the buffet line. P&B
Maybe they are from Hawaii. If it gets down to 75F here people get out coats and jackets.
